23 Density Flame Lamination Foam is a high-performance polyether-based foam engineered to deliver superior elongation, tensile and mechanical strength, resilience, hardness, and hand feel compared to other low-density foam grades such as 15 kg/m³ and 18 kg/m³. Its exceptional physical properties make it particularly suitable for high-end flame lamination products and a wide range of comfort applications.
The foam is processed with high-quality additives to optimize flame lamination performance, ensuring minimal thickness loss during the lamination process. Its fine and regular open-cell structure enhances bonding, breathability, and flexibility, making it an ideal material for products that require durability and consistent performance. The foam is available in widths up to 2 meters, with thicknesses starting from 1.6 mm, and comes in white, grey, and black. Each roll is carefully packaged in an HM plastic sheet and an HDPE bag, with compressed packaging options available for efficient storage and transport.

With a density of 23 ± 2 Kg/m³, tensile strength greater than 1 Kgf/cm², elongation over 180%, hardness (IFD at 50% compression) of 30 ± 4 Kg/323 cm², resilience greater than 30%, and air flow between 75% and 90%, this foam provides excellent performance for high-end laminated products. It is widely used in mats, carpet underlays, car seat covers, shoes—especially sports shoes—and other premium flame-laminated products.
