23 Density Flame Lamination foam offer better Elongation, Tensile & Mechanical Strength, Resilience, Hardness and Hand Feel compared to other low density foam grades (15 kg/m3 and 18 Kg/m3). These foam grades are considered best for flame lamination of High-end lamination products and other comfort products.
These foam are processed using high quality additives to offer better flame lamination properties with minimum thickness loss in the flame lamination process.

These foams have a higher viscosity rate & regular fine cell structure with a high number of open-cell compared to Polyether Polyurethane foams. Polyester foams look similar to Polyether based foam but offer better mechanical strength and are not affected by petroleum products therefore are widely used in the automotive industry.
