23 Density Hard Flame Lamination foam are open cell polyether base polyurethane foam offering better hardness compared to normal 23 Density foams.
These foam are processed with additives which help in releasing adequate molten polymers for better bonding at the time of Lamination. These foams are processed in roll form with joints options at every 30, 60 meters as per specific customer and end application requirements.

These foam further contains quality additives to offer better Glue lamination properties and are considered best for Single/Double side & Multilayer glue lamination machines to meet a broad range of industrial & comfort applications.
We process these foam through Looper with joint option at 30, 60, 120 meters.

18 Density Soft Foam

18 Density Soft foam offer great softness compared to normal foams. These are also called Low Density Soft Foam as have low density compared to regular foam grades and still consider best for all quilting applications.
18 Density foams are denser than the 15 Density soft foam therefore offer better softness, tensile, elongation, tearing strength at the point of application.
These foams are processed in roll form to offer fast processing on quilting machines.
