Supplied in convenient roll form, the foam can be customized with joints every 30 or 60 meters to meet specific customer requirements and end-use applications.
Sourced from India and China, and supplied internationally to markets including Bangladesh, the USA, Turkey, and several Gulf countries, this foam delivers consistent quality and performance. Its fine and regular cell structure enhances breathability while maintaining strength and durability. The foam is available in widths up to 2 meters and thicknesses starting from 1.6 mm, in white, grey, and black. Each roll is packaged in an HM plastic sheet and HDPE bag for protection, and delivery is typically within five days of order confirmation.
Description
With a density of 23 ± 2 Kg/m³, tensile strength greater than 1 Kgf/cm², elongation over 130%, hardness (IFD at 50% compression) of 50 ± 4 Kg/323 cm², resilience above 25%, and air flow between 75% and 90%, this high-performance foam is ideal for applications where extra hardness and breathability are required. It is widely used in footwear, automotive interiors, carpet underlays, and other products that demand durability, support, and comfort.

We offer Jute-Packed Rubberized Coir Cushions, crafted to provide a perfect blend of natural comfort, durability, and orthopedic support. The process begins with high-quality coir fibers, which are obtained from the outer protective layer of the coconut husk. These naturally resilient fibers are cleaned, combed, and transformed into uniform sheets. The sheets are then sprayed with natural latex, which acts as a biodegradable bonding agent that increases strength without compromising the product’s eco-friendly nature. After latex application, the sheets are oven-cured to stabilize their structure and finally pressed into rubberized coir cushions in the required shapes and sizes.
Throughout production, the density and coir–latex composition are precisely controlled to meet specific customer needs and to match the intended orthopedic application.
