23 Density Polyester Foam is supplied in roll form, making it ideal for both flame and glue lamination applications. The convenience of roll-form supply ensures efficient processing during lamination, which is why these foams are widely used on single-side, double-side, and multilayer flame lamination machines for a broad range of industrial and comfort applications. For added flexibility, the foam is processed through a looper with joint options at 30, 60, or 120 meters to meet specific customer requirements.
This high-performance polyester foam features a density of 23 ± 2 Kg/m³, tensile strength greater than 1 Kgf/cm², elongation over 180%, hardness (IFD at 50% compression) of 30 ± 4 Kg/323 cm², resilience above 30%, and air flow ranging from 75% to 90%. Its open-cell structure allows excellent bonding during flame lamination and ensures consistent performance across applications. Additionally, the foam passes the FMVSS-302 standard, making it suitable for automotive components and other products requiring stringent safety compliance.
