32 Density UV Glue Lamination foam are specially processed for applications where foams UV light exposure is required. UV Stable foams are processed using special post-treatment additives in polyols before foaming enabling these foams to be UV stable. These foams are supplied in roll form for glue lamination process. With UV additives these foam also contain high quality glue lamination additives to offer best after lamination results.
Glue lamination is considered best for UV foam lamination as it result in zero thickness loss and yellowishness effect compared to Flame lamination process.
We process these foam with joint option at 30 & 60 meters.
