32 Density UV Glue Lamination Foam is specially engineered for applications where exposure to UV light is required. These UV-stable foams are processed using advanced post-treatment additives in polyols before foaming, ensuring long-lasting stability under sunlight or artificial UV exposure. In addition, high-quality glue lamination additives are incorporated to provide optimal performance during lamination, resulting in superior end-product quality. Supplied in convenient roll form, these foams are designed for the glue lamination process, which is preferred for UV foams as it minimizes thickness loss and prevents yellowing, compared to flame lamination. The foams are available with joint options at every 30 or 60 meters to meet specific customer requirements.
Technical specifications include a density of 32 Kg/m³, fine and regular cell structure, width options of up to 1.3 and 1.5 meters, and thicknesses ranging from 1.6 mm to 8 mm. The foam is supplied in white, with no supply constraints, and is packaged in HM plastic sheets and HDPE bags.
