80 Density Hard Flame Lamination Foam
Product Code: FV-In Rolls-80HF
80 Density Hard Flame Lamination Foam is an open-cell, high-density polyether-based polyurethane foam designed to deliver superior hardness, elasticity, and elongation. As a high-density foam with enhanced hardness, it offers exceptional performance across multiple foam testing parameters, making it an ideal choice for demanding applications.
The production process begins with creating a rectangular foam block of the required length, typically 30 or 60 meters. This block is then shaped on a looper cutting machine, where the head and tail of the block are joined to form a continuous ring. This ring is guided through a cutter on the machine, producing foam rolls in the desired thickness.
Description
