We offer 15 Density Glue Lamination Polyether foam in rolls form in customized thickness, color and width option as per specific customer and end application requirement. 15 Density Glue Lamination foam grades are Low Density foams and therefore consider best for processing economical products.
These foam further contains quality additives to offer better Glue lamination properties and are considered best for Single/Double side & Multilayer glue lamination machines to meet a broad range of industrial & comfort applications.
We process these foam through Looper with joint option at 30, 60, 120 meters.
18 Density Soft Foam

18 Density Soft foam offer great softness compared to normal foams. These are also called Low Density Soft Foam as have low density compared to regular foam grades and still consider best for all quilting applications.
18 Density foams are denser than the 15 Density soft foam therefore offer better softness, tensile, elongation, tearing strength at the point of application.
These foams are processed in roll form to offer fast processing on quilting machines.
