Hybrid Foam is a polyether-based foam specially formulated by blending unique chemicals to achieve properties similar to polyester foam, while offering enhanced bonding strength and an open-cell structure.
This makes it a versatile material that combines durability with comfort. Compared to other foams in the same category, Hybrid Foam delivers superior elongation, tensile and mechanical strength, resilience, hardness, and an improved hand feel, all at a more cost-effective price than polyester foam. It is also particularly well-suited for flame lamination products, offering better performance than standard polyether foams.
Available in densities ranging from 20 to 28 kg/m³, Hybrid Foam features a fine and regular cell structure, with common thicknesses starting from 1.6 mm and a standard width of 60 inches. It is typically available in dark grey and white.

In addition, high-quality glue lamination additives are incorporated to provide optimal performance during lamination, resulting in superior end-product quality. Supplied in convenient roll form, these foams are designed for the glue lamination process, which is preferred for UV foams as it minimizes thickness loss and prevents yellowing, compared to flame lamination. The foams are available with joint options at every 30 or 60 meters to meet specific customer requirements.
Technical specifications include a density of 32 Kg/m³, fine and regular cell structure, width options of up to 1.3 and 1.5 meters, and thicknesses ranging from 1.6 mm to 8 mm. The foam is supplied in white, with no supply constraints, and is packaged in HM plastic sheets and HDPE bags.
