Keeping the market demand for economical foam products in mind, we process 23
Density Blende Flexible foams in the required dimensions using calcium carbonate
(CaCO3) and other fillers in a formulation in a way so that foam properties do not
deteriorate heavily. Adding the filler to foam, increase its hardness and improve
foam dimensional stability but decreases its overall quality and life compared to
pure foam grades.

For flame lamination application 18 Density foam are considered Medium Density foam grades and have high consumption in processing flame lamination products.
Polyester Polyurethane foams are processed by mixing high-quality polyols with catalysts at the time of foaming. These foams have a higher viscosity rate & regular fine cell structure with a high number of open-cell compared to Polyether Polyurethane foams. Polyester foams look similar to Polyether based foam but offer better mechanical strength and are not affected by petroleum products therefore are widely used in the automotive industry.

23 Density Glue Lamination foam offer better Elongation, Tensile & Mechanical Strength, Resilience, Hardness and Hand Feel compared to other low density foam grades (15 kg/m3 and 18 Kg/m3). These foam grades are considered best for glue lamination of High-end laminated and other comfort products.
These foam are processed using high quality additives to offer better glue lamination properties. Glue lamination process does not result in any foam thickness loss therefore it make more sense for making products with these medium density foam.
We process these foam with joint option at 30, 60 and 120 meters to avoid foam wastage to maximum possible.

At Foam Villa, we offer Natural Rubberized Coir Sheets/Pads. Coir fibers, the outer coating of skin that encircles the conch of coconut are transformed into sheets & are sprayed with natural latex thereafter these sheets are placed in an oven & finally pressed to obtain Rubberized coir pads. Once these pads are processed we convert the same into required cushions as per specific customer size requirement.
Density & Coir-Latex compositions are the main parameters on which quality, life and properties of coir cushion depend. Higher the Density and Latex composition better are the Coir Cushion properties and life whereas lower Density and Latex composition cause sagging and another quality issue.
In India, Coir product making is an important cottage industry. Indian coir products are exported to over 100 countries.

We offer 15 Density Flame Lamination Polyether foam in rolls form in customized thickness and width option as per specific customer and end application requirement. 15 Density Flame Lamination foam grades are Low Density foams and therefore consider best for processing economical products.
These foam are supplied in roll form and are used widely in Single/Double side & Multilayer flame lamination machines to meet a broad range of industrial & comfort applications.
We process these foam through Looper with joint option at 30, 60, 120 meters as per specific customer requirement. In looper long blocks head and the tail of the block are combined, creating a big ring. A ring created meets a cutter placed in the machine that professional controlled slice the block into any required thickness in roll form.
Quality of these foams are judge on parameters like Tensile, Elongation, Hardness, Density, Tearing Strength, Pin Hole, Color Marks & spread and Rebounce to name a few.
