40 Density Pure Flexible Foams are open-cell foam that provides additional support and load-bearing capacity compared to low-density foams. High-Density foam generates conform closer than low-density foams, therefore, offer better pressure relief than low-density foam. These foams are used as a complete core or can be a part of the mattress as a thin layer to offer a wide range of comfort and support requirements.
Due to the use of virgin/pure raw material, High Density these foams have a long life, tensile & resilience properties compared to low-density foam.

We offer 18 Density Glue Lamination Polyether based foam in rolls form, widely used for various Glue lamination applications globally. 18 Density foam are most commonly used for glue lamination as they are both economical and give good lamination bonding.
Glue lamination process offer better bonding strength compared to Flame Lamination therefore is consider better for products and end application where high bonding strength is required.
These foam further contains quality additives to offer better Glue lamination properties and are considered best to meet a broad range of industrial & comfort applications.
We process these foam through Looper with joint option at 30, 60, 120 meters as per specific customer requirement.
18 Density Soft Foam

18 Density Soft foam offer great softness compared to normal foams. These are also called Low Density Soft Foam as have low density compared to regular foam grades and still consider best for all quilting applications.
18 Density foams are denser than the 15 Density soft foam therefore offer better softness, tensile, elongation, tearing strength at the point of application.
These foams are processed in roll form to offer fast processing on quilting machines.

23 Density Glue Lamination foam offer better Elongation, Tensile & Mechanical Strength, Resilience, Hardness and Hand Feel compared to other low density foam grades (15 kg/m3 and 18 Kg/m3). These foam grades are considered best for glue lamination of High-end laminated and other comfort products.
These foam are processed using high quality additives to offer better glue lamination properties. Glue lamination process does not result in any foam thickness loss therefore it make more sense for making products with these medium density foam.
We process these foam with joint option at 30, 60 and 120 meters to avoid foam wastage to maximum possible.
