The coating acts as a protective barrier that keeps the foam core clean, dry, and shielded from chemicals, dirt, and moisture, ensuring consistent acoustic performance. With the expertise of our in-house Research & Development (R&D) team, we can also explore the development of new coating formulations tailored to specific industrial needs.
Our Acoustic Coated Sheets offer multiple advantages, including enhanced aesthetics, increased longevity, and superior resistance to oils, fuels, water, chemicals, and contamination—especially with our new black coated finish. These properties make them ideal for environments where regular foam would degrade quickly or absorb unwanted substances.
We offer coated foam in any required density, with our standard range typically using 28 to 40 kg/m³ fire-retardant flexible foam. Coating thickness varies depending on application requirements, and sizes can be fully customized. With no supply constraints, we ensure reliable and timely delivery. Products are packaged securely in black LDPE sheets followed by HDPE bags for maximum protection, and orders are typically fulfilled within eight days of confirmation.

Compared to lower-density foams, 32 Density Soft Foam offers exceptional softness, flexibility, and breathability, allowing air circulation that enhances comfort and usability. Its high-density formulation also contributes to increased strength, durability, and overall physical performance, ensuring a longer service life for products made with this foam.
Specifications: The foam has a density of 32 Kg/m³, with widths up to 2 meters and thicknesses starting from 5 mm. It is supplied in white, with no supply constraints, and each roll is packaged in an HM plastic sheet and an HDPE bag for protection.
