Our Plain Fire Retardant Acoustic Flexible Foam sheets and rolls are engineered for a wide range of home and industrial applications where a lightweight, high-performance noise absorber is essential. These foams are inherently fire-retardant and are commonly searched as acoustic sheets, flexible acoustic foam, FR acoustic foam, grey foam, and fire-retardant foam for acoustics.They also meet multiple fire-safety standards, including UL-94, CA-117, BS5852, and FMVSS302.
These foam remain flexible, durable, and easy to die-cut, simplifying installation across various applications. Their flame-retardant characteristics also improve safety wherever they are used. Thanks to their specialized structure and material properties, acoustic foams effectively absorb sound energy, making them ideal for sound-insulating cabins, automotive interiors, vehicle cabs, air-conditioning units, compressors, generators, ceiling and wall tiles, cinemas, theatres, school halls, exhibition rooms, and sound-recording studios.
Available in densities ranging from 23 kg/m³ to 60 kg/m³ and customizable to any required size, our acoustic foam sheets are offered without limitations on supply capacity. They are commonly produced in grey or white and are packaged securely using black LDPE sheets followed by HDPE bags for transit protection. Orders are typically delivered within eight days of confirmation.

We offer Jute-Packed Rubberized Coir Cushions, crafted to provide a perfect blend of natural comfort, durability, and orthopedic support. The process begins with high-quality coir fibers, which are obtained from the outer protective layer of the coconut husk. These naturally resilient fibers are cleaned, combed, and transformed into uniform sheets. The sheets are then sprayed with natural latex, which acts as a biodegradable bonding agent that increases strength without compromising the product’s eco-friendly nature. After latex application, the sheets are oven-cured to stabilize their structure and finally pressed into rubberized coir cushions in the required shapes and sizes.
Throughout production, the density and coir–latex composition are precisely controlled to meet specific customer needs and to match the intended orthopedic application.
