We offer Self-Adhesive Backing Acoustic Coated Flexible Polyurethane foams serving a wide range of acoustic industrial applications. These foams have Acoustic coating on one side and the Self-adhesive backing on the other side. Coating faced foams enhance product appearance and increase its lifespan whereas Self-adhesive backing enables easy applications as the customer just needs to remove the release liner and paste these sheets on required surfaces easily.
Our foam coatings meet a broad range of sound absorption & insulation applications. Our coatings stop contamination of the foam & are easy to wipe clean. Coated surface plays as resistance to penetration of oil, gasoline, diesel, water, hydraulic oil, therefore, consider best for a wide range in industrial applications.
Please note with the help of our Research & Development (R&D) team we can also explore the development of new coating as per specific industrial application requirements.

UV Stable foams are processed using special post-treatment additives in polyols before foaming enabling these foams to be UV stable. These foams are supplied in roll form for glue lamination process. With UV additives these foam also contain high quality glue lamination additives to offer best after lamination results.
Glue lamination is considered best for UV foam lamination as it result in zero thickness loss and yellowishness effect compared to Flame lamination process.
We process these foam with joint option at 30 & 60 meters.
