We offer Jute-Packed Rubberized Coir Cushions, crafted to provide a perfect blend of natural comfort, durability, and orthopedic support. The process begins with high-quality coir fibers, which are obtained from the outer protective layer of the coconut husk. These naturally resilient fibers are cleaned, combed, and transformed into uniform sheets. The sheets are then sprayed with natural latex, which acts as a biodegradable bonding agent that increases strength without compromising the product’s eco-friendly nature. After latex application, the sheets are oven-cured to stabilize their structure and finally pressed into rubberized coir cushions in the required shapes and sizes.
Throughout production, the density and coir–latex composition are precisely controlled to meet specific customer needs and to match the intended orthopedic application. Once the rubberized coir pads are fully prepared, we convert them into customized cushions and wrap each one with a durable, breathable jute fabric. 23 Density Soft Foam is a premium polyether-based foam engineered to provide superior softness, elongation, tensile strength, resilience, and hand feel compared to lower-density foams such as 15 kg/m³ and 18 kg/m³. Its high-quality structure ensures excellent comfort and durability, making it ideal for premium products that require cushioning and support. The foam’s open-cell design promotes breathability and air circulation, enhancing user comfort while maintaining its shape and performance over time. Designed specifically for high-end mattress quilting, mattress overlays, and other comfort accessories, 23 Density Soft Foam delivers a plush feel and consistent support.
The foam is manufactured in widths up to 2 meters, with thicknesses starting from 4 mm, and comes in a clean white color. Each roll is carefully packaged in an HM plastic sheet and an HDPE bag to ensure protection during storage and transport.

32 Density UV Glue Lamination Foam is specially engineered for applications where exposure to UV light is required. These UV-stable foams are processed using advanced post-treatment additives in polyols before foaming, ensuring long-lasting stability under sunlight or artificial UV exposure. In addition, high-quality glue lamination additives are incorporated to provide optimal performance during lamination, resulting in superior end-product quality. Supplied in convenient roll form, these foams are designed for the glue lamination process, which is preferred for UV foams as it minimizes thickness loss and prevents yellowing, compared to flame lamination. The foams are available with joint options at every 30 or 60 meters to meet specific customer requirements.
Technical specifications include a density of 32 Kg/m³, fine and regular cell structure, width options of up to 1.3 and 1.5 meters, and thicknesses ranging from 1.6 mm to 8 mm. The foam is supplied in white, with no supply constraints, and is packaged in HM plastic sheets and HDPE bags.
