We manufacture/supply “Made in India” Neck pillows, processed using Cotton Jersey fabric cover (offering great natural stretch/elasticity and softness properties) with molded memory foam as the filler (offering high comfort).
Jersey memory neck pillow offers an aesthetic look (as it releases wrinkle more easily compared to other fabrics) & high comfort. Memory foam is known for its ability to both conform to the shape of your head and support it. This prevents your head from sinking in too deeply like it would in a regular pillow. It’s made to distribute weight evenly, avoiding unnecessary strain on the neck and spine.
With different shapes, filler, fabric option’s we offer a wide range of neck pillow options from which one can select the best pillow as per their specific comfort needs.

32 Density UV Glue Lamination foam are specially processed for applications where foams UV light exposure is required. UV Stable foams are processed using special post-treatment additives in polyols before foaming enabling these foams to be UV stable. These foams are supplied in roll form for glue lamination process. With UV additives these foam also contain high quality glue lamination additives to offer best after lamination results.
Glue lamination is considered best for UV foam lamination as it result in zero thickness loss and yellowishness effect compared to Flame lamination process.
We process these foam with joint option at 30 & 60 meters.

We offer Jute Packed Rubberized Coir Cushions. Coir fibers, the outer coating of skin that encircles the conch of coconut are transformed into sheets & are sprayed with natural latex thereafter these sheets are placed in an oven & finally pressed to obtain Rubberized coir pads. Once these pads are processed we convert the same into required cushions and later cover the same with Jute fabric for extra support and life.
Density & Coir-Latex compositions are main parameters on which quality, life and properties of coir cushion depends. Higher the Density and Latex composition better are the Coir Cushion properties and life whereas lower Density and Latex composition cause sagging and other quality issue.
In India, Coir product making is an important cottage industry. Indian coir products are exported to over 100 countries.
18 Density Soft Foam

18 Density Soft foam offer great softness compared to normal foams. These are also called Low Density Soft Foam as have low density compared to regular foam grades and still consider best for all quilting applications.
18 Density foams are denser than the 15 Density soft foam therefore offer better softness, tensile, elongation, tearing strength at the point of application.
These foams are processed in roll form to offer fast processing on quilting machines.
