CA-117 FR test or cigarette test is a common test in the upholstery industry. In the test, each upholstery component except the covering fabric is time exposed to a smoldering cigarette in a defined test chamber, and the cigarette char length is measured to specific criteria which justify whether particular component passes CA-117 FR test results or not.

We offer Quality Fabricated Coir Cushions in required shapes, sizes, different specification bared coir quality, fabric quality as per specific customer requirement. Coir fibers, the outer coating of skin that encircles the conch of coconut are transformed into sheets & are sprayed with natural latex thereafter these sheets are placed in an oven & finally pressed to obtain Rubberized coir pads. Once these pads are processed we convert the same into required cushions as per specific customer size requirement.
Density & Coir-Latex compositions are the main parameters on which quality, life and properties of coir cushion depend. Higher the Density and Latex composition better are the Coir Cushion properties and life whereas lower Density and Latex composition cause sagging and other quality issues.
In India, Coir product making is an important cottage industry. Indian coir products are exported to over 100 countries.

23 Density Glue Lamination foam offer better Elongation, Tensile & Mechanical Strength, Resilience, Hardness and Hand Feel compared to other low density foam grades (15 kg/m3 and 18 Kg/m3). These foam grades are considered best for glue lamination of High-end laminated and other comfort products.
These foam are processed using high quality additives to offer better glue lamination properties. Glue lamination process does not result in any foam thickness loss therefore it make more sense for making products with these medium density foam.
We process these foam with joint option at 30, 60 and 120 meters to avoid foam wastage to maximum possible.
