Our Fire Retardant Egg Crate Acoustic Flexible Foams are designed for a broad range of home and industrial acoustic applications where a lightweight yet high-performance noise absorber is essential. Engineered with an optimized open-cell structure—balancing pore size, air-flow resistance, and density—these foams offer excellent absorption of both high- and low-frequency airborne sound.
The distinctive three-dimensional egg crate pattern increases surface area, enhancing the foam’s ability to trap and dissipate sound energy by converting it into heat, which significantly reduces noise transmission and improves acoustic quality. To enhance functionality, these foams can be provided with acoustic coatings for better surface protection and self-adhesive backing for quick and secure installation. The coated versions help resist contamination, increase lifespan, and improve overall product performance. Depending on customer requirements, egg crate foams can be produced in various depths, thicknesses, widths, and densities ranging from 23 kg/m³ to 60 kg/m³. They are available in any required size and commonly offered in grey or white.
We maintain strong supply capacity with no constraints and package all sheets in black LDPE followed by HDPE bags for safe handling and transport. Standard delivery is completed within eight days of order confirmation.
