These foams have an open cell structure where every cell has a 12-side shape allowing good air flow. These foams are available with PPI (Pores per linear inch) ranging from 15 to 120. Polyether-based foam is not affected by air, water, therefore, are widely used in applications where air filtration is required.

These foams are processed by blowing, opening the cells where every cell has a 12-side shape ensuring accurate filtration. These foams are available with PPI (Pores per linear inch) ranging from 15 to 120. Polyester-based foams are Oil, Chemical, Solvent, and Contamination resistance, therefore, are widely used in applications where Oil filtration is required.
