These foams are widely used in single-side, double-side, and multilayer flame lamination machines, making them ideal for applications across industries such as furniture, bedding, automotive seating, and various industrial sectors. The foam rolls are processed through a looper system with jointing options at 30, 60, and 120 meters, based on customer specifications. In this process, the head and tail of long foam blocks are combined to create a continuous loop, or “ring,” which is then fed to a cutting machine.

The foam is then precisely sliced into rolls of the required thickness, ensuring uniformity, accuracy, and professional-grade quality throughout each batch.The quality of our flame lamination foam is closely monitored using several critical parameters, including tensile strength, elongation, hardness, density, tearing strength, pinholeinspection, color consistency, spread, and rebound, among others. This ensures that each roll meets stringent standards for performance, durability, and reliability. Foam thickness is available starting from 1.6 mm, and can be customized further to meet exact customer requirements.
For convenience in logistics and storage, the foam rolls can also be supplied in compressed form, reducing shipping volume while maintaining the foam’s structural integrity and lamination properties. With excellent flame lamination characteristics, these foams offer consistent bonding, long-term durability, and enhanced product performance across a wide range of industrial and comfort applications.
Available Colors: Grey and White are the most commonly supplied colors, suitable for a variety of end-use applications and aesthetic preferences.
