We offer 18 Density Polyester foam in roll form for both flame and glue lamination applications, most widely used for flame lamination for various applications across the World. For flame lamination application 18 Density foam are considered Medium Density foam grades and have high consumption in processing flame lamination products.

Polyester Polyurethane foams are processed by mixing high-quality polyols with catalysts at the time of foaming. These foams have a higher viscosity rate & regular fine cell structure with a high number of open-cell compared to Polyether Polyurethane foams. Polyester foams look similar to Polyether based foam but offer better mechanical strength and are not affected by petroleum products therefore are widely used in the automotive industry.

We offer 18 Density Glue Lamination Polyether based foam in rolls form, widely used for various Glue lamination applications globally. 18 Density foam are most commonly used for glue lamination as they are both economical and give good lamination bonding.

Glue lamination process offer better bonding strength compared to Flame Lamination therefore is consider better for products and end application where high bonding strength is required.

These foam further contains quality additives to offer better Glue lamination properties and are considered best to meet a broad range of industrial & comfort applications.

We process these foam through Looper with joint option at 30, 60, 120 meters as per specific customer requirement.

These foam further contains quality additives to offer better Glue lamination properties and are considered best for Single/Double side & Multilayer glue lamination machines to meet a broad range of industrial & comfort applications.

We process these foam through Looper with joint option at 30, 60, 120 meters.

These foam are supplied in roll form and are used widely in Single/Double side & Multilayer flame lamination machines to meet a broad range of industrial & comfort applications.

We process these foam through Looper with joint option at 30, 60, 120 meters as per specific customer requirement. In looper long blocks head and the tail of the block are combined, creating a big ring. A ring created meets a cutter placed in the machine that professional controlled slice the block into any required thickness in roll form.

Quality of these foams are judge on parameters like Tensile, Elongation, Hardness, Density, Tearing Strength, Pin Hole, Color Marks & spread and Rebounce to name a few.
