We offer polyester-based reticulated flexible foams, also known as oil filter or open-cell foams, specifically engineered for oil, air, and liquid filtration applications. Made from high-quality polyester, these foams combine durability, chemical resistance, and flexibility, making them ideal for environments where exposure to oil, solvents, and other chemicals is frequent.
The foams are processed to create a reticulated, open-cell structure, where each cell has a 12-sided geometry, ensuring precise and efficient filtration.The porosity of the foam, expressed in PPI (pores per inch) ranging from 15 to 120, allows customization for different filtration requirements, optimizing flow rates, particle retention, and pressure drop.
Description
The polyester material provides excellent tensile strength and dimensional stability, ensuring the foam does not swell, deform, or degrade when in contact with oil, chemicals, or solvents. Its lightweight, open-cell structure also promotes airflow and fluid passage while capturing contaminants effectively.
Available in a variety of densities, sheet sizes, colors, and shapes, the foams can be tailored to meet specific industrial or customer requirements. The PPI, thickness, and density can all be adjusted to suit applications ranging from automotive engine filters and safety tanks to industrial air and liquid filtration systems.
Polyester-based reticulated foams offer significant advantages over standard foams, including accurate filtration due to 100% open-cell structure, long lifespan due to high durability, chemical and oil resistance, and ease of fabrication. They are supplied in common densities of 28 Kg/m³, standard sheet sizes of 2 meters by 1 meter, and colors including white, black, green, and red.

Sourced from India and China, and supplied internationally to markets including Bangladesh, the USA, Turkey, and several Gulf countries, this foam delivers consistent quality and performance. Its fine and regular cell structure enhances breathability while maintaining strength and durability. The foam is available in widths up to 2 meters and thicknesses starting from 1.6 mm, in white, grey, and black. Each roll is packaged in an HM plastic sheet and HDPE bag for protection, and delivery is typically within five days of order confirmation.
