Medium hard or semi-hard memory foam is a specialized viscoelastic polyurethane foam designed to deliver a balanced combination of firmness, support, and slow-recovery comfort. Processed in both sheet and roll form, this foam is widely used in industrial applications—particularly bath mats, footwear components, and medical support products—where controlled compression, enhanced stability, and consistent performance are essential.
Unlike traditional soft memory foam, semi-hard variants are formulated using specific additives to provide a firmer feel while still contouring to the body or foot shape, ensuring excellent pressure distribution and shock absorption. In bath mats, the foam maintains structure even in humid or wet environments, offering comfortable cushioning and long-lasting rebound with every step.
Description
In footwear and insoles, it improves alignment, reduces fatigue, and provides durable underfoot support suitable for daily or intensive use. Medium hard memory foam is commonly supplied in rolls for glue lamination processes, enabling efficient mass production of comfort and industrial products. Available in densities such as 45 kg/m³ and 65 kg/m³, it can be customized for hardness, thickness, and recovery speed as per specific application needs.

32 Density UV Glue Lamination Foam is specially engineered for applications where exposure to UV light is required. These UV-stable foams are processed using advanced post-treatment additives in polyols before foaming, ensuring long-lasting stability under sunlight or artificial UV exposure. In addition, high-quality glue lamination additives are incorporated to provide optimal performance during lamination, resulting in superior end-product quality. Supplied in convenient roll form, these foams are designed for the glue lamination process, which is preferred for UV foams as it minimizes thickness loss and prevents yellowing, compared to flame lamination. The foams are available with joint options at every 30 or 60 meters to meet specific customer requirements.
Technical specifications include a density of 32 Kg/m³, fine and regular cell structure, width options of up to 1.3 and 1.5 meters, and thicknesses ranging from 1.6 mm to 8 mm. The foam is supplied in white, with no supply constraints, and is packaged in HM plastic sheets and HDPE bags.

These naturally resilient fibers are cleaned, combed, and transformed into uniform sheets. The sheets are then sprayed with natural latex, which acts as a biodegradable bonding agent that increases strength without compromising the product’s eco-friendly nature. After latex application, the sheets are oven-cured to stabilize their structure and finally pressed into rubberized coir cushions in the required shapes and sizes.
