Our foam coatings meet a broad range of sound absorption & insulation applications. Our coatings stop contamination of the foam & are easy to wipe clean. Coated surface plays as a resistant to penetration of oil, gasoline, diesel, water, hydraulic oil, therefore, consider best for a wide range in industrial applications.

18 Density Polyester Foam

We offer 18 Density Polyester foam in roll form for both flame and glue lamination applications, most widely used for flame lamination for various applications across the World. For flame lamination application 18 Density foam are considered Medium Density foam grades and have high consumption in processing flame lamination products.
Polyester Polyurethane foams are processed by mixing high-quality polyols with catalysts at the time of foaming. These foams have a higher viscosity rate & regular fine cell structure with a high number of open-cell compared to Polyether Polyurethane foams. Polyester foams look similar to Polyether based foam but offer better mechanical strength and are not affected by petroleum products therefore are widely used in the automotive industry.
