Acoustic Coated Self-Adhesive Foams are widely used in sound-insulating cabins, vehicle cabs, mechanical engineering enclosures, partition walls, electrical apparatus construction, and industrial machinery housings, providing both acoustic control and surface protection. Available in densities ranging from 28 to 40 kg/m³ FR-grade flexible foam, with coating thickness and adhesive strength tailored to application needs, the foams can be supplied in any required size. Sheets are securely packaged in black LDPE followed by HDPE bags, and orders are typically delivered within eight days of confirmation.

These foams are widely used in single-side, double-side, and multilayer flame lamination machines, making them ideal for applications across industries such as furniture, bedding, automotive seating, and various industrial sectors. The foam rolls are processed through a looper system with jointing options at 30, 60, and 120 meters, based on customer specifications. In this process, the head and tail of long foam blocks are combined to create a continuous loop, or “ring,” which is then fed to a cutting machine.
