Description
These foams are available in polyester and polyether polyurethane bases and are processed with special flame retardant additives during foaming to meet stringent fire code requirements. These additives slow down flame spread and allow the foam to self- extinguish, ensuring enhanced safety. For added versatility, we also offer options such as oil-dispersing coatings, heat-reflective foils, aluminum sheet interlayers, and self-adhesive backing.
UL-94 foams retain the lightweight, flexible, and durable characteristics of standard polyurethane while offering excellent sound absorption, airflow, and cushioning performance. They are available in a range of densities (18, 23, 28, 32, and 48 Kg/m³), colors (grey, charcoal), sheet sizes, thicknesses, and profiles, including flat sheets, egg crate, wedge, and pyramid designs, enabling customization for acoustic, insulation, and cushioning applications.

The foam rolls are processed through a looper system with jointing options at 30, 60, and 120 meters, based on customer specifications. In this process, the head and tail of long foam blocks are combined to create a continuous loop, or “ring,” which is then fed to a cutting machine.
