15 Density Soft Foam

Soft foams are Polyether-based
foam processed with additives offering
extra softness to foam compared to normal foams. These foam have open cell
structure offering extra softness, comfort compared to normal foam grades. Due
to its open cell structure and comfort offering nature it is used worldwide for
a wide range of quilting applications. Quality of these foams is justified on parameters like Tensile,
Elongation, Hardness, Density, Tearing and Rebounce to name a few.
These
foams are processed in roll form to offer fast processing on quilting machines.
