Keeping the market demand for economical foam
products in mind, we process 23 Density Blende Flexible foams in the required
dimensions using calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and other filler in a formulation in
a way so that foam properties do not deteriorate heavily. Adding the filler to
foam, increase its hardness and improve foam dimensional stability but
decreases its overall quality and life compared to pure foam
grades.

b. Economical compared to pure foam but with similar properties.
Foam Density Range: 23 Kg/m3
Size & Thickness: As per requirement.
Colour: White, Yellow are common colours. The specific colour can also be
processed.
Feel Super
Soft, Soft, Medium, and Hard.
Supply: No supply constraint.
Packaging: A set of sheets in a Black LDPE sheet than in an HDPE bag.
