& medium density foam grades in mind, we process 28 Density Blended
Flexible foams using calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and other filler at the time of
foaming in a way that foam properties do not deteriorate heavily. Adding the
filler to foam increase its hardness and reduce the product cost enabling it to
meet specific comfort and industrial applications and meet customer price
requirements.
- These foams have better stability.
- Economical compared to pure foam but with
similar properties.
Foam Density Range: 28 Kg/m3
Size & Thickness: As per requirement.
Colour: White, Yellow. The specific colour can also be processed.
Feel Soft,
Medium, and Hard.
Supply: No supply constraint.
Packaging: A set of sheets in a Black LDPE sheet than in an HDPE bag.
