CA-117 FR test or cigarette test is a common test in
the upholstery industry. In the test, each upholstery component
except the covering fabric is time exposed to a smoldering cigarette in a
defined test chamber, and the cigarette char length is measured to specific
criteria which justify whether particular component passes CA-117 FR test
results or not.
A. Carry flame retardant properties, therefore, are safer in every
applied application.
B. FR foams are Flexible & carry good cushioning properties.
